How To Set Appointments With Patient Juan

Step 1: Display Scheduling

On your Dashboard, you can see the cards which are Walk-In, Appointment, Ongoing and Discharged cards. These cards are for the process flow of every patient starting, whether it would be walk-in or appointment, during and ending of the consultation process.

Step 2: Select Add “+” icon

When scheduling a patient, whether it be a walk-in or appointment, you can click the “+” icon to start booking. 

Step 3: Create New Patient

It will display a window with the list of existing patients in your registry. 

If the patient is not registered, click the “New Patient” icon on the top-left corner to create a new patient. Otherwise, select a patient from the list provided.

Step 4: Fill out Patient Information

Another window will display when creating a new patient. The “Add Patient” button will enable once you filled out all the required fields.

A pop-up will appear indicating that you have successfully added the new patient to the list. 

Step 5: Fill out Appointment Fields

Once the new patient is registered, it will automatically open a new window for the appointment.

Step 6: Save Appointment

After filling out the required fields and click the “Add Appointment” button, the patient’s appointment will automatically appear on the Appointment list in the Dashboard.
